We bring a global perspective and large company experience to small and medium-sized businesses. We know how challenging it is to run a company because we have done it. The best laid goals and plans often get put to the side because running your business on a day-to-day basis is all consuming. Our primary focus is to help you take a proactive approach to growing your company.
Whether you need management consulting to help create a strategic plan, or you want to identify potential efficiencies to improve cash flow, our experience and broad suite of services helps companies realize their potential. We are a small and efficient company, which enables us to operate in a way that meets most budgets.
In addition to management consulting, we offer interim executive work. Think of it as fractional ownership of an executive’s time. For companies that need an interim CEO or COO while they search for a permanent hire, or perhaps only need a CEO two days a week based on budget or business requirements, we can assist with this.
We also provide advisory service for companies thinking of raising capital or selling their business. Our investment banking experience and our understanding of what banks, investors, and potential buyers want to see helps business owners avoid the frustration that often comes with going down this path for the first time.
Lastly, we have business development specialists who help companies extend the reach of their current products and services. Our extensive network of relationships with the top digital marketing, outsourced sales companies and independent sales partners, coupled with our creative, outside the box sales techniques, enable us to drive results for our clients that augment their existing sales and marketing efforts. Our experience can shorten the runway needed to get a sales campaign up and running, which saves valuable time and money.
