JIM SIEGRIST - PRESIDENT
Jim Siegrist has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, business development and customer acquisition. From 2008 to 2015, he was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Cydcor, the largest provider of outsourced sales services in North America. Jim was responsible for identifying new business opportunities globally, developing marketing initiatives and enhancing the management of Cydcor’s existing business accounts through market research, financial feasibility studies, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization. During his time at Cydcor, Jim worked on customer acquisition campaigns with the top companies in the telecom, cable, satellite TV and energy industries, among others.
Prior to joining Cydcor, Jim spent the majority of his career as an investment banker with GE Capital and Wall Street firms BT Alex. Brown and Deutsche Bank, where he structured and financed leveraged buyouts for top tier private equity firms with transactions ranging from $150 million to $3 billion. Prior to joining Cydcor in 2008, Jim served as its investment banker when he was a principal at a Los Angeles-based, investment banking firm where he was responsible for business development and deal execution for mid-market merger and acquisition transactions.
Jim earned his B.S. in Finance with distinction from Babson College, and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is an active fund raiser for Operation Smile and has volunteered on a medical mission for Operation Smile in Chiapas, Mexico.
