FIRM'S FOUNDER

JIM SIEGRIST
Jim Siegrist is a commercialization and revenue growth executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning Wall Street investment banking, operating leadership roles, and strategic advisory work across multiple industries.
He began his career in investment banking with firms including GE Capital, BT Alex. Brown, and Deutsche Bank, where he structured and financed more than $5 billion of leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations for leading private equity firms. This foundation in corporate finance and transactions continues to inform his work with companies navigating growth, partnerships, and strategic inflection points.
Jim has since operated in senior leadership roles across a range of industries, including serving as fractional Chief Revenue Officer for VersaClimber–one of the most recognized brands in performance fitness–and Global Head of Business Development at Cydcor, the largest provider of outsourced face-to-face sales services in North America. In that role, he was responsible for global growth initiatives, enterprise client development, and strategic partnerships, working with Fortune 500 companies across telecommunications, cable, satellite, and energy, as well as emerging growth companies in technology, marketing, and financial services.
Jim also served as CEO of Global Lifestyle, Inc., owner of the ROC brand of audio products in partnership with global icon Cristiano Ronaldo. He led the company’s repositioning and go-to-market strategy, secured global distribution across major platforms including Amazon and Alibaba, and oversaw all aspects of operations during a critical growth phase.
Through his firm, Contineo, Jim works with companies as a strategic advisor and fractional executive, helping leadership teams translate strong products and technologies into scalable revenue growth. His work focuses on commercialization strategy, go-to-market execution, and building strategic partnerships across industries including fitness, emerging technology, telecommunications, consumer products, and digital platforms.
Having worked across finance, operations, and growth leadership roles, Jim brings a practical perspective to each engagement, with a focus on helping companies navigate complexity, align strategy with execution, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Jim earned his B.S. in Finance with distinction from Babson College, and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is an active fund raiser for Operation Smile and has volunteered on a medical mission for them in Chiapas, Mexico.
